OK, so after getting some feedback and responses about my post 17 Free WordPress Real Estate Themes, I found that there are actually quite a few premium WordPress real estate themes floating around out there. The nice thing about premium themes is that they often offer support, have some extra features, and many have a little bit more polished look & feel to them.
I have tried out a few premium themes for different projects and I have to admit that many times they have some great extra features that sometimes can’t be found in the free themes. So whether you’re a real estate agent looking for a great theme, or you have a website or blog that is aimed toward real estate products or information, these themes will make your site look great. 
Also, if you’re looking for some great themes you should have a look at Gorilla Themes or Elegant Themes which are some of the premiere and professional design companies out there.

I have to build 2 real estate agent- broker sites and the question with just about all of the WordPress and Joomla templates is the “button” the IDX button that a buyer clicks on to search a local MLS.
I think the “smooth” template is a great template but do you know if behind it I can insert the IDX code for the local MLS service.
